Go to Cilix, because it has great stuff to buy and it is a bloody gorgeous build. 
There are any number of fantastically great bargains to be had and, as well as some of the better known designers - such as J of J's Shoes - there are some who are not well known but whose work is more than admirable. 
The dress I am sporting was a mere L$95 from SD Boutique, and is really lovely workmanship (that's the main SLurl, btw, cos I wants yas to take a look at the sim).
